Course Description :

A general study of the theories and ways related to disputes resolution of intellectual property without going to court, especially through mediation and arbitration. As well as the role played by WIPO for resolving IPR disputes, followed by an analytical study of certain topics such as types of mediation and the extent of its binding power on disputing parties, arbitration and the execution of arbitration awards according to national laws, and the resolution of domain names disputes by alternative dispute resolution.
